Giles Finney completed his Bachelor of Law degree at Sydney University and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court in December 1985. Since then he has practised law on the Central Coast at both the Gosford and Wyong offices.

Giles Finney was Chair of the Central Coast Community Legal Centre for a period of 3 years – from 2017 to 2020. The Legal Centre is a not for profit organisation based in Wyong, which provides free legal advice to over 2,000 people on the Coast each year.

Giles Finney is not only a keen mountain bike rider, both cross country and down hill, an Oz Tag player and a sometime sky diver but also the Kudos Cup Champion for 2011 & 2015. He is not afraid of a challenge.
